Purpose of the service
"Metrics Lab" provides an online platform dedicated to physiotherapy professionals for performing and tracking clinical assessments. Use of the service is subject to acceptance of these terms and the creation of an account.
Personal data and GDPR compliance
The service is designed and operated to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), with professional confidentiality where applicable, and with the applicable French regulations. Processing is based on specific purposes, data minimization, limited retention, and appropriate technical and organizational measures. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and the right to portability of your data, under the conditions provided by law. Personal health data needed for clinical follow-up is hosted on Scalingo, a certified health data hosting platform (HDS), in France. Other service data (account, non-clinical settings, billing where applicable, etc.) is hosted in France on the Supabase platform, with environment separation, encryption and access controls appropriate to the risk.
Intellectual property
All content, brands, logos and software present on the site and in the application are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Assessment design and templates
Mock-ups, designs and report/assessment templates provided in the service are the property of MYQUITZONE. They may not be reused, reproduced or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written authorization. Any copying, adaptation or integration into another product or for-profit service is prohibited.
Personal account and sharing prohibition
The service access account is strictly personal and nominative. It is forbidden to lend, transfer or share it with a third party (including other healthcare professionals or collaborators), unless an express contractual provision provides for multiple accesses or a team offer.
Any connection or activity carried out via an account is deemed to have been performed by the account holder. In case of observed sharing or use clearly contrary to these terms, the publisher may suspend or terminate access to the service, without prejudice to the remedies and measures provided by the contract or by law.
Service-related communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive, at the email address linked to your account, communications related to use of the service: account information, support, onboarding, invitations to a product demo or assistance session (for example a short walkthrough), and useful information about how the platform works or evolves. These messages are not promotional prospecting such as discount offers, promo codes or pricing advertising. You may object at any time to these communications (other than messages strictly required for account operation) by replying to the message or writing to metricslab.app@gmail.com.
Limitation of liability
MYQUITZONE endeavors to ensure the availability and reliability of the service. However, the service is provided "as is". The publisher's liability cannot be engaged in the event of improper use of the tools or data by the user. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the professional.
